Refund Policy

1. Application Fee Refund Eligibility

We charge a nominal application fee of ₹499 for booking a 1:1 Clarity Session. Application fees are refunded ONLY under the following conditions:

• Application Rejection: If we reject your application, your application fee will be 100% refunded.
• Timely Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment call at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellation by Us: If Digital Dhandha cancels your scheduled call.

2. No-Show & Non-Refundable Policy

Please review our strict rules regarding attendance:

• No-Show: If you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time, your application fee will NOT be refunded.
• No Post-Absence Rescheduling: You cannot reschedule the call later if you missed your scheduled time.
• New Application Required: To book another session after a no-show, you must submit a fresh application and pay the application fee again.

3. Right to Reschedule or Cancel

Digital Dhandha reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment call at any time without prior notice. If we cancel your call, your application fee will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved or initiated, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet.
