1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Digital Dhandha ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or applying for a 1:1 Clarity Session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before utilizing our services or making any payment.

2. Services Provided

Digital Dhandha provides strategic consulting, 1:1 Clarity Sessions, and guidance on building mobile applications and digital businesses using AI tools without writing code.

3. Application Fee & Refund Rules

Booking a 1:1 Clarity Session requires an application fee of ₹499. The application fee refund and appointment terms are governed by the following rules:

• Refund Eligibility: Application fees are refunded only if we reject your application or if you cancel your appointment call at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up at your scheduled time, the application fee will not be refunded, and you cannot reschedule the call later. To schedule a new call, you must submit a new application with the fee.
• Rescheduling & Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any call at any time without prior notice. If we cancel your call, your application fee will be 100% refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, templates, videos, and branding provided by Digital Dhandha are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our sessions provide educational, strategic, and technical guidance. Individual earnings and app success depend on execution, market conditions, effort, and unforeseen variables. Digital Dhandha does not guarantee specific monetary results or financial earnings.
