Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers two groups: Creators (who build AI companion Mini Apps on Telemini) and Visitors/End Users (who chat with those Companions via Telegram). Telemini itself is not a public consumer app — Visitors interact through individual Telegram bots and Mini Apps that Creators build using our platform.

2. Information We Collect

• From Creators: Name and email; subscription/billing status (processed by Apple/Google — we never see your card number); the Telegram bot token you provide (used only to configure your Mini App's menu button and payments, never for any other purpose); your Companion's profile, persona settings, and uploaded media; usage data (messages sent, storage used).
• From Visitors: Telegram-provided identifiers (Telegram user ID, username, first name, as shared via Telegram's Mini App authentication); chat messages exchanged with a Companion; purchased Plan details and Telegram Stars transaction history; basic technical data (IP address, app/device version) for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use It

To operate and maintain the platform; process payments; generate AI responses (your messages are sent to our AI provider to produce a reply); detect fraud and abuse; enforce our Terms; comply with legal obligations; and communicate service updates.

4. Third-Party Processors

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to deliver the platform:

• Google: Gemini API for generative AI responses; Firebase for backend, authentication, and database services.
• Cloudflare: Cloudflare Workers, R2 object storage, and Pages infrastructure.
• Telegram: Bot API, Mini App delivery, user authentication, and Telegram Stars payments.
• Apple & Google: App Store and Google Play billing and subscription management.
• Advertising Networks: Third-party ad networks such as Monetag for rewarded ads shown to Visitors.

Each of these third parties processes data under its own privacy policy — we encourage you to review those directly.

5. AI Processing Disclosure

Chat messages are sent to a third-party AI model to generate Companion responses. We do not manually review every conversation, but may access data for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or support purposes.

6. Data Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Chat history may be kept to preserve a Companion's conversational memory unless you request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. 8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Age Restriction

Telemini and every Mini App built on it are intended only for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated and its data deleted immediately.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country as part of our infrastructure (Google, Cloudflare). By using the service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

11. Content Moderation

Media uploaded by Creators is scanned by automated tools for prohibited content (see Terms §6). Flagged content and related account data may be retained and, where legally required, reported to relevant authorities.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
