Refund Policy

1. Creator Subscriptions

• Non-Refundable Subscription Fees: All subscription fees paid by Creators are non-refundable. Instead of offering a post-purchase refund window, we provide a free trial so you can thoroughly test and evaluate the Platform features before committing to a paid tier.
• Cancellation Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future recurring billing, but does not provide a pro-rated refund for the current active billing cycle. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• App Store & Google Play Billing: Creator subscriptions are billed directly through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests for these purchases are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective policies, entirely outside our control. Approval or denial is at their sole discretion, and Digital Dhandha cannot override, expedite, or guarantee any store refund decision.

2. Visitor Plan Purchases (Telegram Stars)

• Final & Non-Refundable: Plans purchased by Visitors via Telegram Stars are final and non-refundable once activated, except where strictly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Content & Companion Dissatisfaction: We are not responsible for an individual Companion's conversational responses, personality, or behavior, nor for the specific message/media limits, duration, or pricing set by the Creator. Subjective dissatisfaction with an AI response, a Companion's persona, or the perceived value of a Plan is not grounds for a refund.
• Technical Error Remedy: If a payment successfully completes via Telegram Stars but the corresponding Plan limits are not credited to your account due to a verified technical error on our platform, our sole remedy will be to manually credit the missing Plan limits — not issue a cash or Stars refund.
• Telegram Stars Issues: Discrepancies, failed star deductions, or transaction disputes concerning Telegram Stars directly should be reported to Telegram customer support.

3. Legal & Statutory Exceptions

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or override any mandatory, non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
